Dear
Governor, please stop the killing of Kenneth Foster! Respectfully o del tipo: Dear Governor, Texas authorities keep on insisting that the death penalty is reserved for the worst of the worst whose guilt has been proved beyond a doubt.
This is certainly not the case with Kenneth Foster. Please spare the Foster's life. Respectfully

Lettera:

The State of Texas has scheduled to execute Kenneth Eugene Foster Jr., despite the fact that he did not murder anyone. We plead to your authority and conscience to stop this murder.
The death penalty to which Mr. Foster has been condemned under the Law of parties, is manifestly unacceptable. Even according to Texas law it is unjust.   There was no proof that a conspiracy existed to attack Michael LaHood. The tragic shooting of Mr. LaHood is to be considered the spontaneous act of Mauriceo Brown: all those present at the
scene of the crime stated that there was no conspiracy to rob Mr. LaHood.
Your responsibility in considering an act of executive clemency on Mr. Foster's behalf, is heightened by the fact that a law of Texas forbade the judges of the Court of Criminal Appeals from giving relief to people who they believe are not to be subjected to death since it forbids judges from considering new evidence even if the new evidence could spare a life.
Kenneth Foster found the strength to redeem himself. He is quite different from the teenager who wound up in prison 11 years ago following his terrible childhood and painful adolescence; you must stop the execution of a positive man who does not present danger to society.

Sincerely
